Service Description

An Archery permit is required for all Archery that takes place in scouting. OVERVIEW All necessary scouting information can be found in POR by following the link below. https://www.scouts.org.uk/volunteers/running-your-section/programme-guidance/general-activity-guidance/archery/archery-faqs/ TYPES OF PERMIT There are two types of permit available for archery. These are: Leadership – Allows the permit holder to lead archery for six archers. Supervisory – Allows the permit holder to supervise more than one archery group. MINIMUM AGE Ages 18+ DURATION (2 Days) This training course is run over 1x 8-hour day. To achieve the permit, you must then complete a further assessment day. This assessment course is run over 1x 8-hour day. At the end of which, with a passing result you will have achieved your permit. RATIO The maximum group size for this course is 12 Participants. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation with more than 30 days' notice, we will charge a £25 cancellation fee. Cancelation with between 7 & 30 days' notice, then a 50% refund will be given. Cancelation with less than 7 days' notice, then no refund will be given. We advise taking out cancellation, curtailment and accident insurance. If RSP cancels a booking for any reason, including illness, you will be given the option of either rescheduling your activity, or receiving a full refund. Some courses require a certain ratio to run, if these ratios are not met then the course will not run, and a full refund will be available. RSP staff will communicate with clients to keep them updated on this matter.
