Cancellation Policy
โข Booking Policy: โข Bookings can be made online, in person or via phone. โข Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. โข Cancellation Policy: โข Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. โข Cancellations made between 3- 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. โข Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. โข In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a full refund.
